I liked this column:

I also agree in equality w/ chores.
I remember a former co-worker of mine tell how her husband, when they first got married, kept asking where his clothes were. She told him right where he left them, lol.

This weekend, for instance, I stayed up late to get things ready for DD's party. She woke up a bit early so I had to get her up and feed her. I asked DH to take her from there so I could rest for 30 more minutes -- and he started moaning about how he just can't respond instantly. Hm. Like DD gives me the option to sleep in another 15 minutes when she's up and ready to go? (She's a morning person and I usually am, too, if I get a decent sleep.) So DH, who went to bed at 9, wanted to continue sleeping while I, who went to bed at 1 after staying up to do work, had to get up at 6?
Just saying....

Ha ha! Smiler I love it how us moms learn how to go to the bathroom with our tot watching, fold laundry while our child insists on being in the laundry basket full of clean clothes, etc! I joke with my husband about how he piles up all the pillows (that he doesn't use to sleep on, but uses to sit up in bed and watch tv) right beside his side of the bed so that Campbell can't come to his side in the morning! Smiler haha Don't really know if that's true, but it does seem to work!
