I remember really considering the options when I was pregnant. I felt SO pressured to do a private storage but when it came down to it, we didn't have the high risk factors to do so. I wanted to donate the cord blood but, well, the unplanned C-section came and half my wishes got tossed out and they never donated it. Frowner

Anyway, true about the never ending mailings from these companies! And I hate how when you shop at Motherhood, they would get your info and all of the spam from companies flooded your mailbox.

Oh my gosh, I made the mistake of requesting some information by mail from ViaCord. Now they have been calling 2-3 times a day EVERYDAY! It has been horrible, I guess I will just have to stop screening calls and just ask them to stop calling me. You are right, talk about pushy!

I didn't even have to request it. The stuff just started filling up my mail box. I didn't have email at the time and I'm glad. I can't imagine how many would have come.
