I know we have the thread going on about local OBs, but has anybody used local midwives? Either the Midwives of Ocala group (or other CNMs) or even LMs for a homebirth?

I delivered at home w/ June Byrd of Hearts n' Hands Homebirth. I had three midwives and felt like a goddess taken care of. June recently bought the Birth Center of Gainesville. I would check out their website www.birthcenterofgainesville.org.
