Hmmmm...that's a lot to think about. I can see where the author is coming from. Suggesting it as an idea is one thing, I don't think that, in America, it is something that could ever be forced. (population control)
I believe that this IS the era of people becoming more environmentally friendly. When you think about "going green" you think about recycling, producing your own food, reusing items. I hadn't ever considered controling the amount of "consumers" you produce as a way to "Go Green"! But it makes total sense. |
