Telling your child that he/she is about to have a new brother or sister can be a challenge. How did you tell yours?
I have heard stories of kids reacting in all kinds of crazy ways. On AFHV there is a video of a little boy crying his eyes out when he was told he was going to have a sister. How did your child react when they were told about a new sibling on the way? |

(ducks) Why? You having another one?
Sorry. Couldn't resist. I have no experience w/ this. Obviously. I do know I was really, really ticked, even at 2, that a new brother came along. Just saying. I was such a good kid. My parents could have stopped there. I keep telling my mom that and she, also an oldest, laughed and said she thought the same thing about her younger siblings coming along. course, bet my brothers have different opinions.
