Three years ago, my cousin had her first child, a boy. Then a year ago, she had her second child, again a boy. She just spread the word that she is expecting identical twin boys in November. With the first two, I sent her a baby basket with the typical usual things in each one such as baby powder, baby wash, diaper wipes, disposable bottles, etc. Does anybody have an idea of what I can do for her and the twins this time around? I want to do something different this time, especially because of the twins. She obviously does not need any boy clothing or any baby items such as strollers, car seats, etc. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!
Hi! I have twin four year old boys. I also had two boys prior to the twins. I know you said you wanted to do something different, but your previous gifts will come in so handy especially the diapers! But, I do have a few suggestions. My father bought me a subscription to the Twin Magazine which was so helpful to me. Also, my husband found me a double stroller in the internet that was made for their car seats. That was so convient. I just took the car seats from the car and clicked them into the stroller. I wish I still had mine, I would of gladly given it to you! My husband bought it at babiesrus.com. I hope this helps.
Does she live near you? I would think somebody coming over to help take care of laundry or cleaning or cooking would be a very welcome gift. If she's not near you, maybe a gift of a postpartum doula or a coupon for a housecleaning service or restaurant GC?

That is also a great idea! She will be very tired. My husband got me a cleaning lady for a few months and it really helped a lot. Make sure her other boys are taken care of too. It could be really hard on them. My youngest was three when my twins were born. It was really hard on him. He went through severe separation anxiety. I felt really bad.
