Does your LO like to sing? What are some of their favorite songs? Lately Jodi has been into You are my Sunshine, Shoo Fly, Miss Mary Mack, ABCs and umm-ack went the little green frogs.
She loves to sing, BUT not the 'kid' songs. Her favorites are High School Musical songs (she knows most, if not all the words too), anything by Akon, T-Pain, and any of the other R&B and Hip Hop Top 40. Always the edited versions!!!
Wow, my 5y/o daughter also has never heard of those artists yet, she likes all her children's bible songs and other children standards too. Perhaps it is because I myself do not listen much to R&B or Hip Hop. I expose her to a lot of classical music too, she seems to favor string instruments most.
E loves to sing. In fact...she sang before she spoke. Twinkle, twinkle little star was the 1st. Now her favorite is ABCs. She loves music. It's almost like she can't help herself, but to dance when she hears it! So cute!

Ha, I think all kids like to sing. My oldest daughter (She is 22 now) used to sing at the top of her lungs, "I'm Three!"..It was so funny because she was singing along to the Who's I'm Free song. Yes, she happened to be three at the time and thought those were the words.
