Hi ya'll ...
another update ... Nothing has happened since the last post. Let me assure you Michael NEEDS your help! He is representing this community ... this state ... and this country!!! My name is Stacy. I am 37 years old and starting over in life. You know the typical American family these days. I have 4 kids: Michael, 18; Brad, 15; Krista 14; Zack 10 months. Michael will be starting college at USF in Tampa this fall. Michael has been playing the trombone since the 5th grade. It is his passion in life. He will be studying Music Education and Music Performance in college and has hopes of becoming a college or high school Music Director in the future. Michael was Drum Major at his high school, Belleview High School, this year. He has been a member of the Marching Diamondback Band and the Diamondback Concert Band since his freshman year. He joined the Diamondback Jazz Band his junior year and continued with them through his senior year. His senior year he became a member of Troupe 5445, the musical theater group. He has been a member of the Florida Bandmasters Association District 19 All-District Honors Band since his junior year and his senior year he was in the Tri-State Honors Band. The Tri-State Honors Band was held at Florida State University, and included musicians from Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. Michael has also been selected to be in the "Who's Who Among American High School Students" 2007 national catalog. Most recently, Michael was selected to perform with the prestigious Sound of America Honor Band and Chorus 2008 European Concert Tour. The group will perform eleven concerts in six countries during its 25-day tour. Needless to say, he is quite thrilled at being a part of this select group of musicians. By the way, Michael is ONE of only TWO kids in Florida to be selected!! The Sound of America is a non-profit organization therefore all participants are required to raise their own funds. I have been trying to assist Michael with this endeavor. I have dedicated my home business website to his fundraisers for the next few months. Please take a look at it and if you feel so generous he would greatly appreciate your help too. Visit Michael's website hehere. If you visit the donations page on his site there are two ways you can donate. You can also go straight to his fundraiser page here. Thank you all for reading my blog and I hope it has reached your hearts. You can also see pictures of me and my family by visiting Michael's website. Just go to the My My Family. Thanks again for your support! |

Hey Stacy,
Did you know you can post all of these on the same thread? Just select reply and then type your information. It will still show the thread as having new material and that way you can keep the same topic clustered in 1 thread. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any questions.
