Let's share about area restaurants that go above and beyond for their littlest patrons! We can keep a running tally here.

I'll go:
I was super impressed the other day. Jodi and I went to Sam's and decided to go to lunch at Mimi's.
They had a ramekin full of Cheerios and an orange slice at our table instantly, along w/ a coloring packet. She held that ramekin the entire time, chowing down on Cheerios.
And then they asked if they could -- and did --bring her food first! And their kid menu had some pretty decent stuff on it. She got fruit as her side (and dessert, lol.) Real fruit! A big strawberry, slice of watermelon, slice of canteloupe and slice of honeydew. Oh, and another orange, but she doesn't eat citrus still.

Anyway, I think that has been one of our best kid-dining experiences!

Houlihan's in Orlando also has a pretty cool magna-doodle thingamajig tray for kids to play w/.
