I do not give my daughter sodas or any fruit juices if I can help it. She loves water and milk. I like to buy the capri suns that are flavored water and she drinks those at daycare. I make sure she gets plenty of rest because if not she tends to get sick.

Yeah, no soda or juice here. She drinks water or milk. Lots of fruit, veggies and whole grains and some YoBaby yogurt (the kid stuff is loaded w/ sugar!!!)
We play outdoors a lot.

I try to give my children more fruits and vegetables. It is hard to be healthy with all the bad food out there. I buy organic often but that is really getting pricey! The one thing I always buy organic is milk. I just don't want the kids having growth hormones or pesticides from milk. Publix has the cheapest organic milk by the gallon.

I also hide the sodas in the garage fridge and encourage them to drink water and milk.

Another thing I avoid is processed food like hot dogs and prepackaged foods with MSG(monosodium glutamate) which is supposed to be really bad for you and is linked to behavioral problems.
