"If your child vomits immediately after you give him an antibiotic and you can tell by looking at the vomit that he's thrown up the medicine, it's okay to give him another full dose. and b/c this is a pet peeve....and you mentioned abx.....make sure you always finish the full scrip!! Don't stop when you feel better. That is how we have all these abx-resistant bugs out there.
