I keep hearing about this book by Jerry Seinfeld's wife Jessica called “Deceptively Delicious.”

Apparently, you can give your kids yummy cookies and cake, all the while slipping in bits of vegetables like zucchini, cauliflower and avocado.

What a concept!

Has anyone else tried this book? I want to try it and see if my boy takes the bait.

We have it.

I made blueberry lemon muffins w/ spaghetti squash puree and nobody noticed. Smiler DD loves the fruity yogurt pops (OK, that's barely hiding stuff in it. lol) We did strawberry and blueberry ones.
And I'm making the blueberry cheesecake things (w/ spinach and squash purees) for kids at DD's birthday party.

My mom also let me borrow a copy of her book, "Stealth Health." It has a receipe for black bean brownies and supposedly you can't taste the beans. Have to try that to believe it.

I bet Campbell won't notice the food.
DH is a *very* picky eater and couldn't tell. I don't think he trusts my food anymore though, lol, now that I told him there was squash (he hates it) in there. But he did go back for seconds and thirds.
