Hi everyone. I am Joy and have recently had my 3rd child. We have 2 girls ages 6 and soon to be 2 and our newest addition Eli. Finally got the boy, but I wouldn't trade my girls for anything in the world. My husband as well as myself work full time. It's hard to balance work and 3 kids but we are managing. I just started back to work part time for right now as Eli is not quite a month old. I would love to find somone who i can trust to watch him during the day while I work but for now he is with Dad a few days a week. If anyone knows someone who has a home based childcare please let me know it would be very helpful. If you have any advice for me let me know. Thanks

Welcome to Ocalamom! And congrats on your boy! I have one of each and can really see obvious differences between the sexes. Enjoy getting to know the other side of the spectrum, as I'm sure you're a pro with girls by now!

Thank you for the congrats. I love having girls and it was strange at first to have someone different but I am enjoying him so much. I'm sure I will soon learn the differences in personalities. Is it true about boys being harder to potty train than girls. My oldest is 6 and she was so easy to train but my 2yr old has been challanging. I don't push her because she doesn't seem as ready to train as my 6 yr old was. She was fully trained by 2yrs. I guess they are all in they're own timing.
