Hey There Ocala!!!, Well it has been 15 years since I left( I was 17 at the time and going to Vanguard High), but now that my mom has passed and my dad is still down there I am coming home. I know I am not a mom, lol, but I am a dad and bringing my wife son and soon to be born child with me. I am a special Ed / Alternative Ed Teacher. Right now I am finishing up my Masters degree here in Virginia and my teaching contract for the school I work for. I should be there no later than June 20th. I will be down there for vacation on March 21st through March 27th. I am SOOOO looking forward to coming home. I really enjoy this website, the Irish cookbook was awesome. Before Teaching I was a chef up here(switched careers due to my family) I even studied in Ireland for my internship at Johnson and Wales. I worked at the Great Southern hotel of Kilarney. Anyways. I, like I said I know I am not a mom but I hope you accept this dad into your ranks(besides I am more of the "homemaker" than my wife..lol. Take care and nice to meet y'all!!!
Well when I was living there, my name was Eric Corbitt, now it is Eric McMillian(long story on the name thing). My wife is Jessica, we have a 5 year old son Sean and the new baby is due at the end of April, begining of May. We do not know what the baby is yet. not finding out. But got to get to work, thanks for the warm welcome
I am looking forward to being home soon. In 1 week for a vacation and then for good no later than June 30th. Hopefully I can land a teaching job down there when I get there. I am looking at the PACE center or the Silver River Institute. Thank you all for all of the warm welcome and hopefully one day I can meet y'all!
