It's sad that they usually only fix things after a terrible accident. These fences should have been maintained already.

I read the article on Sunday and feel so bad for the family.

Yeah I read and watched the video on Sunday and it brought me to tears. I feel so bad for this family and teacher and classmates its just so sad! May he rest in peace that poor little boy! They are also taking help for the family. They are Mexican and barely know English and pretty bad off economically Frowner
