I've been avoiding teflon more and more lately -- I actually have cleared out several pans and spatulas -- after reading more and more about it and being concerned about possible health side effects.
Anybody else feel the same way? What are you using instead? It's hard -- because some of hte nicer ones are pricey! Even my nice Calphalon pans (couldn't toss those yet) have teflon. I'm still a bit chicken to start using cast iron. Anybody else use it and like it and have tips to help me overcome my inability to try it? lol Elizabeth Mommy to Jodi (4/17/06) |
