When I was pregnant w/ Elizabeth and Cooper started dropping his afternoon nap, well basically, I was freaking out. I looked forward to nap time every day and with another one on the way, I knew I would need a break more than ever.

In the end, it all worked out, but I saw this article today and thought it was a good idea.
