What does your DC love in the bath?
DD loves a wind-up alligator that swims, her foam letters and bathtub chalk. (The last one is my least favorite. And, of course, bubbles. There can never be enough and she wants more. So I'm counting that as a toy! What's a hit at your house? Elizabeth Mommy to Jodi (4/17/06) |

We loved bubbles as well, but the Ped. advised us that we shouldn't use them (w/ baby girls) b/c it can cause UTIs. Had em, don't want Ellie to get one, so we quit using bubbles.
The foam letters are a favorite and those poofy plastic waterproof books. And really, just a couple of cups to pour water back and forth in are E's favorite. Erin OcalaMom.com Moderator Mom to Cooper and Elizabeth |

In the beginning it was some Winnie the Pooh bath toys. Now it's a little tugboat that came with a seahorse, fish, lobster, walrus, and octopus. Of course, I had to order the additional toys that went with the set mentioned above. The two sets I ordered came with a dolphin, star, and life preserver and the other set had a turtle, crab and surf board in it. DD loves it but it's a pain to have to pick up all those toys after a bath so now we trade the toys in and out every couple of days.
Making the decision to have a child - it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking outside your body. Proud Mom to Summer Grace (6/3/07) |

I remember reading somewhere else about bubble baths and UTIs but she really gets them once a week if that and never for more than a couple of minutes. With me back in school now, she wants baths to be as short as possible so she can get back out and cling to me.
