I AM A SINGLE MOM WHO LIVES IN MARION OAKS, MY BOYS ARE 8&10 YRS OLD. THEY BOTH ARE SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN (ADHD). I AM AT WITS END NOW BECAUSE I AM LOOKING FOR WORK AND SINCE I DON'T HAVE A CAR IT'S VERY HARD. ALL MY BILLS ARE DUE NEXT WEEK. I AM VERY OVERWHELMED. WE MOVED FROM NYC TO START A NEW LIFE TO GET AWAY FROM OUR PAST. WE LOST ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS. RIGHT NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO! IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME TO FINDING AN ORGANIZATION THAT WILL HELP ME?

Hi mama,
Sorry to hear you are going through such a rough time!
Do you have a church family that might be able to help?
Maybe the One Stop Workforce Connection (I think that's the correct name) might be able to help you with a job? Sometimes there are jobs even on craigslist.
Hopefully others have good ideas to help!

what about contacting the Salvation Army for food or other help their number is 732-8326.
