Buyer beware! Just thought I would share my recent experience at our local toys r us. I was registered there for my baby shower which was held early because I was on bedrest. After I had my baby (fortunately full term!)we began sorting through some of the items and realized we did not need several things. I attempted to return them with receipts, but was told I was 6 days after their 90 day return policy and I could not return or exchange them. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was not very kind and said it is their corporate policy and there is nothing he could do. When I asked for the district managers name and phone number he told me to call the 800 #. I requested the information again, and he gave me the name but would only give me the 800 #. When we spoke to the customer service reps they said it was the manager who could make the decision. We were able to return/exchange our gear in Gainesville, but I will not shop at this store again!

TRU and BRU changed policies after I had DD and had a pile of stuff to return but no receipts. I think I got the Orlando BRU to let me return/exchaneg some but it was a battle.

Sorry for your frustration!!
