Finally after months of fighting I win! Summer's dad (that's the respectful term for him as I call him something else..lol!) finally stepped forward and took his DNA test and guess what? He IS her dad! After months of me telling him that he is her dad it's finally official. I actually got the paper that says that he is her dad yesterday (June 7th) right before Summer's 1st birthday party started so that was some extra good news for the family.

Now onto to trying to collect child support. I'm glad I've done all that I have done so that in the end Summer will know that I did everything within my power to prove who her dad was. I think I owed her atleast that much since he wants nothing to do with her. So we'll press onward and continue the battle.
