Being that I have worked in an agency for teenagers for the last seven years, there is help out there for kids with behavioral problems. I know that here if a child does not go to school the parents can be placed in jail. So how can these parents give their kids up and not face any charges. I do not think it is right and think they should pay the price for abandoning their children.
