Nice to know.
So hard to tell. I do all sorts of background checks usually but I do agree w/ what a friend told me that a lot of it comes down to initial impressions and what you feel. I had an awesome one today for Jodi -- our regular Thursday lady (also awesome)couldn't come today and I was about to have nobody. Friend of a friend of a friend and we found some terrific elem ed major last night!. Bad thing is she has a FT internship in the fall so I can't use her then. These elem ed, nursing majors are a gold mine that I've found so far! (The only one we didn't really mesh well w/ left after a couple of weeks. Jodi was never excited to see her.)
