Nice to know. Smiler
So hard to tell. I do all sorts of background checks usually but I do agree w/ what a friend told me that a lot of it comes down to initial impressions and what you feel.

I had an awesome one today for Jodi -- our regular Thursday lady (also awesome)couldn't come today and I was about to have nobody. Friend of a friend of a friend and we found some terrific elem ed major last night!. Bad thing is she has a FT internship in the fall so I can't use her then. Frowner (And our other super duper Thurs one graduates from the same program I'm in next week and is off to work at Arnold Palmer. And the other great one we have the other days is busy in the fall.)
These elem ed, nursing majors are a gold mine that I've found so far! (The only one we didn't really mesh well w/ left after a couple of weeks. Jodi was never excited to see her.)
